Lebanon threatens "massive culinary retaliation"

Lebanon threatened late on Friday to close tens of thousands of Kebab stands across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, in what some analysts said could only be described as "massive culinary retaliation."
Long the staple food of hungry students, pub-goers and tourists, the closing of Kebab stands in numerous countries could lead to nutritional destabilization that might threaten balanced diets in more than 60 countries.
"The only way to keep the Kebab stands open is to stop destroying Lebanon," said Lebanese Health Minister Ali Sain Iskivpizatchanz.
Israel has reportedly destroyed some Kebab stands in Lebanon, although Israeli officials claim to only be targeting "Hezzbollah-supported" Kebab shops.
